Indie Media is a Delaware based company with numerous web properties. Our sites focus on, but are not limited to, the indie game scene. Indie Media is a small and dynamic group of passionate individuals and entrepreneurs.

We define indie games as any game that is produced independently without publisher money and input upfront. Indie Games are video games which are made by passionate game developers who typically publish their game on their own via the internet. Indie Games are typically not funded nor published under major labels and therefore the developers are not limited in their scope of creativity. Indie Games will typically stretch the boundaries of what has been done already and often feature experimental gameplay mechanics and unique visuals. The one thing that they all have in common is the level of passion poured into the game by their developer, as these games are made out of a desire to make a game rather than making money.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Chris has grown up a sports fan and gamer. Perhaps one of a kind, the sports nut would prefer to shuffle cards and play collectible card games. While looking for a fledgling website to jump-start, he stumbled upon IGM and fell in love with the passion that the staff had for the content. Chris worked very hard in organizing and coaching that staff, motivating them and increasing the popularity of IGM. Today Chris sit proudly at his metaphorical office desk and beams at the finely tuned indie news engine.
